203: Accelerated Geometry (one trimester)
A course intended for students who enjoy and excel in a
fast paced environment of higher level geometry. Content
ranges from the analysis of figures and shapes to the establishment
of the properties of figures. The specific material covered
will include, but is not limited to, angle measurement and
relationships, triangle congruency, parallel lines, similarity
and scale changes, polygons, and circles, area and volume
of solids, and proofs.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of
Algebra 1 or Concepts of Algebra 1
